We are located right on the banks of the World-Famous Kenai River on the Kenai Peninsula! We fish for Kings, Silvers, Sockeye, Rainbow Trout and Dolly Varden in the rivers. Being on the Peninsula and being surrounded by saltwater gives us the opportunity to fish for halibut, ling cod, salmon, yelloweye and various rock fish species.
Our float plane fly-out trips will take you into wilderness areas with spectacular scenery where you often see Moose, Bear, Bald Eagles and more while enjoying a day of Alaska’s best fishing!

At the Gone Fishin’ Lodge, we decided in the beginning that we wanted to give people the opportunity to experience not only the tremendous fishing that we have but to also experience the exhilarating beauty of Alaska combined with their fishing trips. I always tell people who want to go sightseeing that we do that every day—we just have a fishing pole in our hands while we’re sightseeing.
We offer professionally guided fishing trips throughout the stunning Kenai Peninsula. All the fishing gear (rods, reels, and bait) is provided by our experienced guides. Our guides know the best areas for fishing different species, such as King Salmon, Silver Salmon, Sockeye (RED) Salmon, and Rainbow Trout.
We vacuum pack and freeze your catch daily! We have airline-approved fish boxes with insulated liners available at the lodge for the transportation of your fish to the airport and home with you!
